My camcorder wont work when i put in the memory card but it works fine when i have the card out whats wrong?

the camcorder is a pink small digital concepts i really have no clue what is wrong some times it turns on on when i have the card out and some times it dosent i got it for christmas and it is not working hellp!

You 're contradicting yourself - you say the camcorder works fine when the card's out, but you also say that sometimes it won't turn on when the card's out.  The only things I can suggest are checking that the card isn't write protected and making sure the batteries aren't flat.
