My camera cannot connect to my computer?

It always worked before, but today when i try to connect it again, it doesn't work! I think i accidentally changed the setting, but i forgot what I've change. when i plug my camera in, it normally should show up something, but now it didn't show up nothing so i cant upload my photos. my model is a canon powershot SD850 IS. pleasee help T.T
