My camera doesnt work on Stickam?

Alright I've had stickam for a while and my camera has always worked except for now it doesnt.

I click allow and my camera screen just stays black

and I have the latest updates for flashplayer and java

what is the problem and how can i fix it?

Try updating your cameras drivers and software by visiting you cameras manufacturers website.

Also verify the camera is plugged in fully.
