My camera ...how do i download pictures? nixon by coolpix s210?

i have the new nixon by coolpix .....it is a pinkish purple nd it is very skinny ..... its the coolpix s210 ......i have all the wires i need like the one that connects it to the computer ...and i have another camera as well but i cant seem to know how to download pictures from this camera like i do with my other one ...... i plug it in and nothing pops up like it does with the other camera i have .... and no i ant switch the memory card ..... anyway so what do i do .....!!!! and yes i do also have the cd and i instaled that already too

normally, I would suggest ppl install the software that comes with the camera, but u said it`s already installed.  so, try to run that program and see if there is any option to transfer the photos?  actually, almost all Nikon camera use the same piece of software regardless of what model.

If nothing works, try to pull the memory card out and read it directly using memory card reader, and copy photos from that memory card folder to your PC, that's always works.
