My camera isn't working!!?

MY lense on my camera is sticking out, and won't go back in (its a digital) and my camera won't turn on, the battery is charged, and i don't know what to do, is there anyway to fix it, or atleast upload my photos?

for uploading your photos - how about getting a card reader for your computer? Take the card out of the camera and put it in the card reader attached to your computer's USB port.
