My camera lens is stuck, how can I get it out?

I have a sony camera and the lens got half way stuck somehow. Everytime i turn it on, it says "turn the power off and on again", and it won't work.

HELP PLEASEE?

The lens error, a common problem in the world of point and shoot photography, but i only found out recently that sony is also reputable for such behavior. I though only canon has these problems. But anyway.

There's nothing you can do, once this happens you're virtually trapped. You'll have to send the sony camera into a service centre, i know that it sucks.

However, if you didn't drop the camera, your eligible to make a warranty claim, unfortunately, if you cause the problem you'll have to pay to get the camera fix. It may be cheap, or it may be more on the expensive side, it depends on how bad it is.
