My camera will upload my pictures but not my videos.?

What should I do? I have an HP537 and I uploaded my pictures fine but my videos wont upload. I've tried going to my computer and clicking on the camera but it just wont work. When I plug my camera into my computer it says Establishing Connection but fails to do it. HELP PLEASE!!

You can try to go to add hardware in the control panel. There's a wizard there. lf Windows can't find the drivers then you need the cd. that is suppose to come with when you buy it. l had quite a time with mine. l had the cd but l thought it was faulty,   ( it didn't install properly) so l went looking for drivers on the net. Well let me save you a whole lot of aggravation and say they don't exist. Each model of jvc camera is coded there's only one cd made to run it. In other words the only drivers available were from jvc on a cd for 40.00. l'm sure hp would be the same.
