I'm sure it's not a battery issue...

It's a Sony Cyber-shot.

  1. Make sure the battery is fully charged then try again. If you've had the battery for over 3 years buy a new one. If it still doesn't work after that pull out the duo and try it. If it still doesn't work after that toss it up on E-bay, and buy an alpha or an H series.


  2. Download the camera instructions if you don't have them.
