Question:

My camomille plant i got from the local garden shop, and its reallyyyyy root bound, how do i fix this?

Ok well its a small plant but loads of roots, im trying to plant it in my terrarium, but i need it to not have so many roots so i can break up the soil a bit that is in the little cup thing it came in...

also what do i need to know to care for a camomille plant?

  1. You could rinse the root ball under a tap of water.  This dislodging the soil around the roots.  You may have to tease it a bit, (gently with your hands while under the water).  Camomile is a herb and would need full sun outside in a garden.  Not sure it would work in a terrarium.

  2. you could try taking cuttings and propagate them.  

  3. Take it out of it's container and break up the root structure a bit, but not to much as to cause damage to the plant,

    Then getting another larger container or digging a hole in the ground, Put some slow release fertiliser in the soil. Then put your plant in,

    alway's water after potting for a few day's, But never in direct sun light,
