My canadian immigration got a refusal due to lac of points.the officer didnt gave me 5 points 4 study permit?

my immigration got refused due 2 lack of points.i ve 63.i was on a student visa n applied 4 a pr.i am entitled to get 5 points under adaptability for 2 years study permit in canada.but the officer forgot to give the points and refused it.i appeal for a mercy petition.

can anyone help me in guidin this

If you truly believe there was a mistake made by the officer then you should appeal the decision.  You will need an immigration lawyer to do this properly.  You need to hurry because you only have 15 days to file your appeal to the Immigrations Board.

I had a similiar situation in my immigration process.  Contact a lawyer and they will tell you what you need to bring to them and then they can file your appeal.
