My canon HV30 problems

Question

i bought the canon hv30 two days ago and i noticed that if I pan the camcorder down or up, I hear something inside is that normal?

and in the front where the light and flash part is that part is kind of loose, it won't fall apart but if u have one is it somewhat loose for you as well?

Your camcorder should never make any noise.  when you tilt, rotate, or turn it upside down.  They are built to make very little noise at all so that erroneous noise is not heard in your recordings.

Send your camcorder back for a replacement or an even exchange.
