Question:

My canon powershot sd800 will not upload video to my macbook...any suggestions??

I plug it in through the USB and until recently the video would upload into iPhoto...i have also tried the Image Capture and it's not working either...

It just freezes...it acts like it is still downloading but it keeps the screen for hours...

this video is really important so if anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated!

  1. Ensure that the canon upload infrastructure is compatible with your macbook - or with a mac in general.
