My canon smartbase mp370 was

My canon smartbase mp370 was printing half and then one third of the A4 size paper.I decided to unplugged it and removed the driver completely and then plugged it back and load the cd driver again but when the wizzard try to connect it, it just continously flash as if something is trying to block it .
