My car amp wont turn on!?

Question

I bought it off a friend of mine, and he told me how to hook it up.

I'm pretty sure every wire is where they need to go, and i've checked and double checked the power cords and fuses. would anyone have any idea of what's going on or of what i should do?

he sold you a junk amp

possibly a junk amp..or heavily look into the ground,,you may have a false ground or your blue remote wire may be bad

my guess is its  a junk amp. if you bought a kicker amp from him, i'm not surprised. i'd try to get your money back.
