My car boot..... i broke it

Question

i locked my keys in my car..... after many stupid attempts of breaking into my car i ended up smashing the window..... when i got my key i couldnt open the boot... i think there is somehing jamed inside the lock.... its not visable...... any ideas of what i can do to open my boot and use my key?

probably a piece  of glass lodged in door were the lock is or maybe its a safety mechanism when you break the window it jams the lock. mercedes  do this so i think other companies do it as well.
