  1. remove the ignition module and have it tested at the parts store

  2. check your battery maybe losing cells..

  3. Sometimes batteries recharge on their own a bit, but a small amount.

  4. Vapor lock.

  5. Ive got the same problem with my van,and its driving me mad.Three "experts" including the dealers, have told me that there is nothing wrong, but two minutes up the road it dies again.its had a new coil and the distributor tested, fuel is ok.its a ford ranger 1800 petrol thats only done 45000 kilo,s.If i get it sorted out ill let you know, and if you have any luck ,please give me some tips before i go completely mad.

  6. Not the battery, not vapor lock..... could be catalyctic converter, but not likely.  Most likely answer is the MAP sensor.  It will make you think the fuel pump is bad.  Typically will cause your vehicle to stall as it gets hot, then you have to wait until the engine cools before it will start again.  $150 bucks at a dealership, $90 anywhere else.
