  2. If your sister's boyfriend is in no way connected either to your car nor to your insurance then your insurance people won't cancel your insurance.

    So he must be connected somehow.

    I know they aren't going to cancel MY insurance because of your  sister's boyfriend's driving record

The way you have phrased your question makes it unanswerable.  You will have to explain how your Sisters boyfriend driving record had an effect on YOUR insurance ?  Did he drive the car and get into an accident with it ?  Do you all live in the same household?  You won't get an intelligent answer until you provide more detail.

  8. Is he on the same insurance plan as you, If I get in accidents and am on my parents they can cancell us all, if you share a plan then yes, him being a high risk also puts you in that boat, also if you live together it might be a possibility.
