find the repo agency. You'll probably have to pay if off in full before they'll give it back to you.

How bout you just pay for the car in the first place.  You don't deserve a car if you think someone should just give it to you.  Dealers need to eat too, they don't just chew on old car tires for supper -- the steel belts would cut their mouth up too much.

Most of the time you cannot.  They gave up on you.  They don't want to take another risk on you.  Besides people who got repo-ed once just lock up their car better (and still not pay) making next repo impossible.

Also these company make more money repo-ing a car and then selling it again and again, than returning to you.
