It depends. Most likely you get what your car was worth, not necessarily what you still owed on it. I dont know how the injury payment works as I have never claimed injury on auto insurance. If it is beyond repair and "totaled" then you will only get what its current resale value is. If you have any after market upgrades, gather your reciepts and turn them in asap.
