My car was taken by NYPD because i was driving while intoxicated.?

i am waiting for my court date which is Oct/06. i am getting conditional license and i am trying to get my car back. however, i have been told there might be a BIG fine to get it back(about$7000-10000) per car. is it true in new york city?

please help me! anyway that is leased car

Duh! Yeah...whatya think they'd give it back for free! I highly doubt that it would be $7000-10000.  That seems really off the wall.

Well its possible and you were drunk while driving a leased car?? HELLO do you need AA or what  the h**l.. And maybe next time you will think twice before drinking adn driving!
