My carb has cloudy fuel in how do i clean out the carb?

the sparkplug is not sparking when in barrell but quik rub with wire brush and it sparks when out of barrell only to not spark once fitted doea this mean the fuel is watery and thus wetting plug end when kicked over?

If the carb contains cloudy fuel, you have water in the system which means you have water in the tank and the engine.

You need to clean out the tank, carb, all the fuel lines, and hope the engine hasn't got water in it. If it's a 4 stroke you should check the oil. If there's water in the oil you'll have to clean the whole engine out.

To clean out the carb you should take it off and wash it through with petrol.

Take the float chamber off the carb & clean this out with new petrol thoroughly.
