  1. Hydrochloric acid. I can assure you, that won't be boring.

  2. ranch, onion dip.

    =]

  3. if there's a trader joes near you, get some fat free peanut butter, it taste the same but remember to stir it, otherwise its yucky. Or ranch, idk if thats healthy or not though

  4. Chickpea Cilantro Dip with Grilled Pita and Carrot Sticks Ingredients

    1 cup Chickpeas canned, rinsed & drained 1 tablespoon Water

    1/4 cup Yogurt plain 1/4 teaspoon Salt

    1/2 cup Cilantro chopped 2 each Pita loaves split in half

    1 clove Garlic chopped 1/2 pound Carrot trimmed, cut into sticks

    1 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

    Instructions for Chickpea Cilantro Dip with Grilled Pita and Carrot Sticks

    Prepare grill for cooking. If using a charcoal grill, open vents on bottom of grill and on lid.

    Slip skins from chickpeas with your fingers, then pur?e chickpeas with yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt in a food processor until smooth.

    When fire is hot (you can hold your hand 5 inches above rack for 1 to 2 seconds), grill pitas on lightly oiled grill rack, uncovered, turning once, until golden, about 2 minutes total.

    Serve dip with pitas and carrots.

  5. Hummus is a good idea but it is basically chick peas and oil. Granted it is olive oil so you make that call.

    Or salsa would be good. Mix a little low fat sour cream with the salsa for a creamier taste.

  6. How about hummus?  :)

    This easy hummus recipe replaces most of the traditional tahini with yogurt. This is a great alternative for those who are watching their weight.  About 35g carbs per cup.

    Ing:

        * 1 15 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid)

        * 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed

        * 1 tablespoon lemon juice

        * 1 tablespoon tahini, or low fat peanut butter if you prefer (optional, but if you do not use, increase yogurt by 1 TBSP)

        * 1/2 cup plain yogurt

        * 1 teaspoon salt

    Dir:

    In a food processor combine beans, tahini (if desired), yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend well. Add salt and cumin and blend to a smooth and creamy dip.

    If you hummus is too thick, add a little bit of the liquid from the chickpeas - about a teaspoon at time.

    You can also change it up by adding sun-dried tomato, kalamata olives, spinach or roasted red peppers.  :)

  7. Ranch dressing

  8. :D Before, I use to have baby carrot sticks and dip them into mayyonaise or cream cheese. Since you're on a diet, you can get some low fat or light cream cheese from the supermarket. I have some at home! Mayyonaise... well, there's no low fat mayyonaise, I think. So cream cheese would be good for you even if it sounds fat ><
