My cars interior is a little rough, is it wearing out and is it possible?. Can certain sprays cause creases?

-07 malibu has black interior

- interior looks dull and black.

- looks as if it is old

-has alot of squigly lines

-checked other malibu with beige interior and it looks smooth.

if there is a defect, will it be covered under factory warranty?

If your interior is somehow covered under some type of warranty that you sign up for then...I would say...take it to the dealer..or whomever you got it from..(hopefully a dealer)...and use that warranty  to cover yourself.

More than likely whatever sprays you used to clean your interior has caused the damage. If you have vinyl seat covers, it may be possible to clean them with a good vinyl detailer. I haven't seen any good ones in auto stores so check a detail shop and see what they have and if there is any hope. If it's not the sprays, G.M should cover it under the factory warranty if you are the original owner.
