In regards to first aid or disciplining the cat? It's a bit late to punish the cat, when they bite you should immediately say "NO" loudly and sternly and stop playing with them until they calm down.  Cats bite when they're not happy with the situation at hand because they have no other way of saying "stop it" or "back off."

keep it clean because they are dirty from being in the litterbox and you can get cat scratch fever which you can get really sick from spank the cat lightly on its bottom and firmly say no its it continues put its in it kennel

Say "OUCH!" and remember it is just a cat. I've had cats for years and I get bit once in a while. It's not a big deal. If you have a Master/pet relationship with the animal, just say "NO"! very loud when this happens. The cat will bite when playing and does not realize the pain you feel nor does it intend to hurt you. They grow out of the biting after a few years and sooner if you take the time to be gentle, careing, and firm. You are the master, the cat is the pet.

Cats mouths carry a lot of bacteria.  Keep the area clean and if you notice any swelling or discharge, you should see your doctor, or urgent care.  You can absolutely get an infection from a cat bite!
