she came home after being outside with her tail low, almost between her legs. every time i even touch it it is obvious she is in pain. when i tried to move it a bit she was very mad, it really hurts. i was wondering if a sprain is possible, especially in that area (on her tail close to her body instead of the tip). if it is sprained, what do i do, and how can i tell if it is sprained or worse (broken). any advice would be helpful... thanx

  1. take her to a vet ASAP!

  2. Take her to the vet ASAP. It looks like she has been injured some how. Only the vet can determine how serious it is. In the mean time keep her comfortable and limit handeling till the vet can advise you.

  3. take her to the vet...something crazy happened....who knows...it could be anything from having it ran over to a snake biting it....you've gotta take her in to see whats going on.

  4. VET
