  1. some cats are just rude like that. theres nothing you can really do except cover it up with the pooper scooper yourself after shes done.

  2. There's not a whole lot you can do. We have 4 cats and one of them refuses to cover his litter. It actually can be a territorial thing - they want others to be able to smell/see it so they know not to intrude on their space. Do you have other cats or animals, or is she territorial at all?

Our one cat will not cover it if he goes in the litter box - he prefers to go outside and usually does, and when he goes outside he covers it. Outside he wouldn't want predators finding him by leaving it uncovered. Inside, he's tops, and knows that no one will mess with him.

  3. It's not uncommon for a cat not to cover her "business" in the litter box.  Humans find this a bit annoying, but there isn't a great deal you can do about it.  Just thank your lucky stars that she uses the box!  And, some cats eventually catch and do begin covering up their "business".

    Good luck!
