My cat had a fever later today and her tummy is hard....why?...and can i do anything to help her?

I brought her some grass to help her digest is there anything else i can do...any medication safe for her...anything that will help me would be great!!......

take your cat to a vet he will tell you anything you need and meds that will help her if needed

I would recommend taking her to the vet.  It may be safe to give her an ibuprofen to help the fever temporarily, but no more than 1.  You want to get her to a vet ASAP though.

Please don't give your can ibuprofen without calling a vet.  I have never heard of using that.  I work at a vet and the only over the counter human medication we use that I can think of is Benadryl.  Some oils are used to aid in digestion.  A pet supply store could probably help.  I'm not sure what kind of hard you are talking about in her abdomen.  Did you feel a mass?  Does it hurt her if you push on it?  I would suggest getting it checked out.
