My cat had one kitten 12 hours ago how do i know if shes done or not?

she still looks pregnant, is there any way for me to know if shes going to have another kitten or two???

The typical time to have more than one kitten is between 10-60 minutes. If it takes longer, there could be possible complications with her birthing. Take your cat to the emergency vet asap or the nearest petsmart (banfield) hospital.

only time (or the vet) will tell cats can have a labor pause for as long 24 hours. the best thing to do is keep an eye on your cat watch for signs of uncomfort  if your worried the best thing to do is call the vet they know alot more than i do... and if your really concerned bring her in...good luck and congratulations

Did she pass placenta's? Call your vet and ask what the normal labor length is. Research on the internet and don't take people's opinions as law. Seriously, call the vet.

She needs to go to an emergency vet and should have gone hours ago.

SHe needs to go to an emergency vet Now!!! There could be a kitten stuck in her and it will kill her if she doesnt get help soon!
