My cat has a bump on his back?

Question

it is about the size of marble and is squishy and moves around.. any ideas? He is going to the Vets this week for hisRabiess shot sometime this week..

It could be harmless scar tissue but I'd definitely have the vet look at it.

my cat had something similar and it was cancer. sorry.

It could be a cyst or a fatty mass, some cats get these as they get older. Show it to the vet and monitor whether it's getting larger or smaller.

Unless the people on yahoo answers are vets( which i doubt) It would not that great of help to you for our advice,when you take your cat to take her rabies shot, also go to the vet or ask the vet there what it is,

Hopefully it's not cancer
