My cat has a lump in her throat. She has hyperthyroidism gets her pills twice a day. Will it go down? ?

The doctor told me it would go down, I thought. She does have FORL, the gingivitis. Something about throat lesions, I thought that wast hat. I just wonder if anyone would have any thoughts to relay to me on this. Thanks to who answers. Peace
