My cat has a mysterious lump..?

Question

My cat has a pimple like thing on the side of her body. Im concerned because i dont know if its a tick or just a pimple.

It's not her nipple as it's on the side of her body.

PLEASE answer, this is important.

ok it is easy to tell if its a tick...LOOK AT IT! if its small and brownish then its prob a tick if you cant see it but its under the skin it might be a benign tumor...or just like a lump of floating fat...my cat pookie had these so called "pimples" on both of her sides and we wondered what they were...so we took her to the vet and they finally determined that the bumps were metal bb's that someone shot into her and they got stuck...and to this day they are still in her as they do not hurt and there's no use in invasive surgery if they don't cause her any problems (our vet said they can probably stay ion there forever)...lol...although i doubt this is the case with your cat...its most likely absolutely nothing to worry about...if it were me unless it was hurting her i wouldn't even do anything about it unless it started to grow or was just beginning to creep me out...but if you want you can take her to the vet...but theres no rush in my eyes

Depending on the the size of the lump like the other girl said it ma be a tick or a mite buried under the skin. Is it by or under the back leg  it may be a sign of a infection of the lymph node and if  to bad that lymph node may need to be surgical removed. TAKE IT TO THE VET!!!!

I think it mite be a tick if she scraches its probly a tick get her to the vet as soon as possable.
