My cat has brown spots in her eyes....?

Question

she is ten years old now.. she's had one brown spot in her eye for about a year and a half and recently she has two more brown spots..

is it just aging spots? what is it? should i be concerned

she doesn't seem bothered by it at all..

I would take her to the vet, its always better to be safe than sorry. Eyes are very sensitive and important, I would not wait.
