My cat has dark ring on nose?

Recently my cat had dark marks on her nose that looked like dirt but were there for a few days. The mark was making her nose look heart-shaped around the edge. Today when I looked at her nose she had a ring shape in the top-middle of the nose the same colour as the marks she had before. What could it be?

It could be a bacterial infection, have it checked by a veterinarian if it does not go away soon.
