  1. sooner than you think. i don't know the exact time, but when the kittens are weened off her, get her fixed ASAP!

  2. She can get pregnant about 5 weeks after the kittens are born if you are allowing her outside or exposing her to other male cats.

I hope you will consider taking her to a vet to be spayed.  If money is a concern there are many low cost spay and neuter clinics al over North America.

  3. I am not a vet, and I do not know an exact answer, but I have owned cats for 13 years.  Once, I had a cat that abandoned her litter of only one kitten, and got pregnant in less than a week.  If you are trying to keep her from having anymore kittens, keep her away from males, keep her inside, or have her fixed as soon as possible!

  4. Within a couple of weeks!  It does vary depending on how old your cats is, how traumatic the birth was etc

Instead of letting cats have kitten, get them neutered at 6 months old and then adopt from the cats protection or if need be, the rspca!  People dont realise that there are so many unwanted cats/kittens around that need loving caring homes.

  5. BEFORE they wean the kittens at 6 weeks or so.

I am SURE you don't want another litter.

If you are going to get her fixed make sure she is locked away from Toms... and call a vet to see when is the earliest.

Some want to have thier milk dried up but I would do it as early as possible.
