  1. Take him to the vet. He could have ringworm, or allergies.

  2. Calm down ...Im sure it looks alot worse than it actually is....first of all go to walmart and buy some hydrocortisone cream and some neosporin both come in the store brands which are called Equate...the total for both of these creams will be less than $5...then start out with the hydrocortisone cream and alternate use of them at least twice a day for both creams so first the hydrocortisone then 4hours later some neosporin and then 4hours later some more of the hydrocortisone and before you know it all will be healed up

  3. You need to take your cat to the vet.  He could have ear mites, fleas, mange, or a skin infection.  All of these things can get worse.  Go to the vet.  They'll tell you what it is and what the best treatment is.

  4. my mom would get this sort of rubbing alcohol when I was younger for our cats, it was from the vet though, it was for mites (not regular alcohol) but we never had to bring the cats in, we had to swab their ears with a qtip and then check it once  a week to make sure none were coming back, we more or less swiped them up.  if they are inside the skin though im not sure, ours were in the ears.

  5. If it's behind his ear then it could be because it has ear mite's...you can go to your vet and they'll remove them or you could go the cheaper way and with a cotton ball rub a small amout of veggie oil in your cats ears 2-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks...this makes it hard for the mite's to live/breed or whatever.

Also cat's are sometimes stupid and just scratch the c**p out of their ears...so you may want to remove their claws. But removing their isn't really all that good of an idea either. (look up the pros and cons of it on google).
