My cat has very watery eyes and and a red nose. Anyone know what sickness this may be?

He's also not acting normal. Very lethargic.

Sounds like an upper respiratory infection.  Get him/her to the vet quick as he/she will need an injection of antibiotics and take home antibiotics. Don't wait.

I agree with Batgirl.  She probably has an upper repiratory infection and needs antibiotics.  She won't get better or get over this without meds.
