My cat has watery eye...?

My cat has watery right eye, but its more like guey gunk. he is about 4 years lod now and has had it sence birth. does anyone know what this is or if its serious?

Did the vet ever look at it.. the cat is 4??

Call your vet and ask if you should bring him in, could be an infection.
