My cat hurt is bottom lip, help!

Question

the underside of his mouth looks like it's hanging there :S

he fell and hit his mouth, it bled a lot, i cleaned it up

it looks really swollen, i don't know if it like ripped from his gums :S

i've only had him for about a month and he's 3 months old now

it hurts him when i touch it

Take him to the vet, he will probably need antibiotics.

take him to the vet he knows best maybe one of his teeth cut into his lip and bacteria could build up,dont wait cause he could be suffering,he cant tell you! but the vet can!!

Take him to the vet.  That way you can avoid him getting an infection, and you can be sure he's all right.

You definatly need to take him to a vet.  A cat has a very dirty mouth and infection and take over quickly...

I'd take your kitty to the vet asap.  I'd worry he broke his jaw and it may need to be wired shut to heal.
