we have 2 other kittens and they are really playful should i put them in another room

You need to take him to the vet. He could be sick or going downhill. If that's the case, you need to treat him or make him comfortable. I would keep the other kittens away from him in the meantime. He's not feeling well, and being harassed by younger cats won't help his cause any.

Fifteen years is a lot for a cat. Yours sounds like mine did when they reached the end of their days; trouble walking, poor appetite, etc. I would take him to a trusted vet and ask for an honest assessment of kitty's condition, taking into account "quality of life". At this point you might have to consider doing the kindest thing for him, which is putting him to sleep.

I don't recommend this lightly. I've had to do it several times and each time it's been like ripping my own heart out. The only balm for this kind of pain is knowing your pet is at peace and beyond the pain he is now suffering.
