My cat is 16 mths old and 58-60 days pregnant,shes restless and keeps cleaning but not making a nest,how long?

this is her first litter,she will go in her box if i sit with her only,i also dont no if i count from when she came on heat or when she mated?thanks

I'd say you should expect a litter of kittens very soon.  The restlessness is the beginning of nesting.  I've had cats that get restless for a couple of days and then go through the process of trying to make a nest just before giving birth, and I've had cats that get restless but never try to make a nest, so I suppose it might be a little different for each cat.  Just be prepared to possibly find the kittens someplace other than the box you've prepared.  I grew up with cats, and in my family, we only had one cat that actually used the box that we had prepared and tried to make comfortable.  Others chose other places, including a closet, underneath a desk, and even the foot of my bed while I was sleeping!  

    As for your question about how to count the days -- it's from the date she mated.
