My cat is acting very strange?

i have a kitten about 9 months old and i went to work the other morning and she was as energetic as normal and wen i got home 9 hrs later she cant walk every time she tried she fell and i took her to my room to see if she would eat but all she would do is drink kitten milk and we watched her over night and this morning she bites us and wont move she just laying there and i called every vet in my area and they want the money up front before they can look a her what can i do.

please help

  1. Actually before you take her to a vet investigate your house for anything out of place.  She might have jumped off of something a fell hard.  Maybe she's injured and being pesty because of the pain.


  2. Is she up up to date on her shots? Sounds as if she might have distemper.  

  3. BRING HER TO A VET RIGHT AWAY!!!!  SHE IS SICK AND NEEDS VETERINARY ATTENTION!!!!

  4. She is very ill. Contact a humane society with a clinic in your area such as the ASPCA and inquire about their services. They work with people and the prices are more reasonable. At a local vets office, they usually have applications for a loan for animal care.

    The cat must be seen by a vet.

      

  5. Take her to vet.
