  1. If  she just had the kittens, I wouldn't worry.  She got  enough nutrients from the placentas.  But if it's been a day, she  needs to eat.  Did you bring the cat food to her or does she has to to leave the kittens?   She needs to eat,  give her canned cat food, or canned tuna,  ham,  baby food,  like beef, turkey, lamb.  Anything so she starts eating, if she doesn't she will wither away and her life might be in danger.  She also needs lots of fluids for her milk production.

If nothing works,  you might neet to take her to the vet, don't forget to take the kttens with her in case they keep her for fluids,

  2. She's probable just really, really tired. But if she hasn't eaten in two days that might not be good. You might want to call the vet.

  3. if she litterally JUST gave birth, shes not hungry since most momma cats will eat the sacs around the kittens, and the after birth, (ew not pleasant i know)  if shes drinking pot plant water, she may be trying to get some of the vital minerals that go into the water after its in the soil, (smart animals after all huh?)  she will regain her appitie in a few days, right now she is more focused on seeing her kittens through this time in their life, so shes a bit distracted

hope it helps put your mind at ease, she will be fine, trust me, and congrats!

  4. Cats eat the after birth and sacs from the kittens. I wouldn't be too alarmed. She should eat soon.

  5. Hi, it depends how long ago she gave birth to the kittens, they normally eat the after birth, which is VERY filling, if she ate this then she probably won't need any food for possibly a couple of days! And she will need is water which she sounds like drinks, are you only providing kitty milk though? Because she probably only wants water.

I not entirlely sure why she isn't eating but what i have said above normally happens with my rabbits! If she has been eating for more than a couple of days PLEASE consult your vet. Hope this helps.

  6. she has eaten all the afterbirth from the kittens so she will not eat for a few days, don't worry this is normal, just give her plenty to drink.

  7. Do you mean JUST had the kittens?  If so, she is exhausted, and doesn't want to eat yet.  If it has been several days, take her to vet to make sure everything is alright inside.
