My cat just puked can someone help me?

he was heaving like he was going to cough up a furball or his food and a mouthful of clear liquid came up.Whats this mean?

My cat does this every once in a while.  I wouldn't worry about it.

He is probably fine.  He might be trying to cough up a furball.  Leave him alone for a little while but watch him.  Let him keep coughing.

In an hour or two, try to give him some canned food.  See if he eats.

You can squirt a capsule of Cod Liver Oil into his mouth; that sometimes helps furballs loosen and come up and it also makes a cat want food.  Stick a pin in the capsule then just squirt the oil into the cat's mouth.

If he isn't eating by tomorrow, take him to a vet.

Probably ate some grass and it didn't agree with him. Or he had an upset tummy. Unless he is showing symptoms of feeling sick, he is probably okay.

Throwing up may mean anything, from a simple furball to worms to poisoning to kidney failure or to some serious disease. It is impossible to tell. The best thing would be to go to the vet for tests. If you don't, at least watch the cat and if it vomits again, or if it shows lack of appetite, unusual sleepiness, signs of pain, problems peeing, excessive drinking, problems pooping, etc. go to the vet urgently.

check that he does pee normally, otherwise go to vet asap.

It's totally normal. He probabd. He may have just ate too much or ate something he may just be sick, sort of like people.
