My cat keeps chewing...... ?

Every time i come back from swimming my kitten keeps chewing at my hair i keep pushing him away and telling him no but he carries on is it bad for him :|

no its not bad my cat does the same thing and i think its kinda cute.

as long as he is not swallowing a massive amount of it he's fine. and to get him off of, be firm. not mean, but firm and serious. if he hears any type of anxious, or whiny sound he'll think your just playing with him. im not telling u how 2 raise ur cat, just giving u a really good tip

This is normal behavior for kitties. It is that nursing--kneeding instinct. They detect your hair is wet and think that is a place they need to nurse on lol!

lol i don't think its bad. i think its cute. I bet you have long enough hair so that when it gets wet it gets like 'stringy' so then it looks like a playground to your kitten. Probably happens when you get out of the shower too?

it shouldnt hurt him. he is just grooming you. getting the choline out, chewng off split ends.
