My cat keeps standing still and his stomach inflates a bit.whats wrong with him?????

If you know your cat has a history of bowel problems and you notice this issue you probably want to take the cat to the vet just to be sure. Watch your cat, has it used it's litter box lately? Is the litter box clean? Is he eating? If he's not very responsive or hasn't used his litter box in a while he may be backed up.

Get him to a Vet ..  The stomach inflating is a sign of Peritonitis which is always fatal...  The cat could be in pain also.
