My cat took a hard hit......?

it was playing with its toy mouse and hit its head on the table then it just started shaking its head and spiting water for a minute..its a kitten but now its acting normal....should i do anything?

If she seems OK just keep watching her for unusual behavior.

When in doubt, ALWAYS call your vet.  Better safe than sorry. No one  can tell if there are internal injuries but a Vet.

And time is always critical in any case like this one.

I hope she is Ok.  :)
