My cat wants to hide and is lethargic and was unable to walk straight. He has a history of this happening after bringing up a hairball. I didn't notice any hairballls but did give him vitalax just as a preventative measure 8hrs ago and more now. He was walking better but was mostly walking to water bowl which he doesn't usually drink much of. is eating some also. I looked through a book and his symptoms all lead to poisoning of sorts, but cannot find the source, if any (lysol maybe) He seems a little better but not sure what else to look for.

  1. "not sure what else to look for."

I'd be looking for the nearest vet if I were you!

  2. if he is eating and drinking ok dont panic to much  but it might be worth calling the vet for some advice

  3. Please don't stop and ask a question like this when you should be on the way to your vet.  This kitty is very very ill and you must take her to the vet right now.  I am totally serious here.

  4. My cat died at the weekend. She had kidney failure which we think was made worse by some awful neighbour poisoning her. Please, please get your cat to the vet otherwise you could be mourning the loss of your cat like we are today.

We had to have her put to sleep as the vet could do no more.

Get cat to the vet NOW!

  5. yeah theres this guy who will help you ok his name is the vet
