My cat who is two years old, has a hard white pimple on his stomach. He has also developed a rash. any ideas?

He doesn't seem to be bothered by it, but I'm worried that it could be something bad.

Hi Toya... it could be an allergic reaction to something that was used either in the home or outdoors if he goes outside.  Sometimes cats will develop a rash a result of a parasite they come into contact.  There are so many possibilities as to what may be the cause.  Therefore, it is in the best interest to contact a veterinarian to help you determine if your cat needs to come in for an evaluation and treated respectively.
