My cat will go in the kitchen and put his backside on the fridge and his tail will go nuts! He just stands there and closes his eyes and he arches his back so you can see his fur roll.... Funny but weird.. Does any one know why?

he is spraying your fridge door and probably other things. essentially he is pissing on everything. its how male cats mark their territory. and your house will stink because of it. get him fixed to stop it.

I'm 100% agreeing with Laurie.  That is the spraying posture.  If he is not neutered, liquid will come out.  The spray is very hard to clean and smells worse than pee.  Neutered cats may or may not spray.  I have been around neutered cats that do that posture,  and nothing has ever come out.  Doesn't mean it can't though.  Like Laurie said, get the cat neutered NOW if you haven't already.

Neutered cats will do this when they're trying to spray. I've seen them do it when they are about to be fed too.

SOUNDS LIKE HE MAY BE MARKING HIS TERRITORY OR HE JUST LIKES THE FRIDGE..CATS DO STRANGE THINGS..OUR CAT JUMPS AT HER REFLECTION IN THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR...

He's marking his territory with his urine. He's spraying the surface he wishes to claim. Get him neutered FAST !!!

What your cat is doing is spraying or mimicking spraying. If he hasn't actually sprayed, distract him immediately, Take him to the vet, have him neutered before it starts. If he starts to spray, it is a habit almost impossible to break. If he is neutered and has not sprayed, don't let him start. Anytime he backs up to something, lift that tail and squirt his rear with a spray of water. He will associate his actions with another unpleasant action.
