My cat won't stop sneezing?

my 8 year old cat won't stop sneezing and his nose is running. and his gulping and yesterday he had watery stuff coming out of his left eye

so can you please help me i don't know what to do or why his sneezing and gulping

my cat is 1 years old and 2 days ago just started sneezing...i noticed today he is not eating a much but is drinking lots of water..is this a sign that he may have allergies or has a cold? he is typically an inside cat but sometimes sneaks outside when we let the dog out..is this something i should be worried about?
